My client is a prestige car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Account Administrator to join their team.

As a Corporate Account Administrator, you will provide excellent service to all customers and leasing companies. You will be the first point of contact for corporate customers, processing vehicle sales orders, and keeping customers updated throughout the ordering process. You will also support the Corporate Managers with lead generation, producing, and sending vehicle quotes to customers.

Corporate Account Administrator Role:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Corporate Department.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all email alerts.
  • Provide accurate lead times to customers/clients.
  • Pass all new orders to the Corporate Manager.
  • Assist with ordering new vehicles from the manufacturer.
  • Prepare internal files, ensuring specifications are checked and agreed with the customer.
  • Confirm onward delivery to the customer and arrange transportation, adhering to mile restrictions.
  • Help resolve queries with Department Managers, including debtors.
  • Answer the corporate phone to ensure prompt responses to customers.
  • Monitor and strive to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade, such as Sales Administrator, CRM Database Administrator, or Fleet Administrator.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately collate and record information.
  • Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both via telephone and written.

Package:

  • £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, plus bonus.
