Job Title: Experienced Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join a small, supportive department in central Leeds, working alongside two Partners. The role can be full-time or four days a week, provided the candidate has sufficient experience to handle corporate work independently.

Candidate Background

Applicants from private practice or in-house backgrounds will be considered. The key criterion is the quality of your technical corporate law skills, as this is a pivotal hire.

Role Level and Career Progression

Your position—Associate, Senior Associate, or Legal Director—will depend on your competency. Opportunities for progression, including partnership, are based on your aspirations and performance.
