We are assisting a prestigious offshore firm in the British Virgin Islands seeking a talented corporate lawyer (c.2-5yrs PQE) to join their expanding practice. The team advises a sophisticated client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds, and high-net-worth individuals, on a wide range of corporate and finance matters. These include high-value cross-border M&A, capital markets, banking and finance, FinTech (including digital assets), investment funds, and private equity transactions.

This is a strategic hire, suited to an ambitious individual eager to take on significant responsibility, build a strong business case, and establish themselves in a leading offshore firm. The successful candidate will work on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals, collaborating closely with top-tier lawyers in a firm known for its excellence, innovation, and supportive culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong academic background.
• Admitted to practice in the BVI or England & Wales.
• Extensive experience handling high-value corporate transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and executing complex deals.
• Experience gained at a top-tier onshore or offshore law firm.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, international environment.
