Job summary

Enerveo in Cornwall seeks a hands-on Technology Installation & Maintenance Electrician to install, connect, maintain and fault-find high‑tech equipment across Cornwall. You will work outdoors or on customer sites, ensuring safe and correct operation of CCTV, ANPR and related systems.

Qualified Electrician with NVQ3 and AM2 is required, plus the ability to interpret drawings, work independently and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and AM2 or equivalent.
• City and Guilds 2391 qualification for higher pay.
• Good practical knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and cabling.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and installation plans.
• Full UK driving licence and on-site problem solving ability.
• Willingness to achieve NPPB2/GSAT/CTC as required.

Responsibilities

• Install and mount CCTV, ANPR cameras and related tech.
• Run, terminate and connect cables and equipment.
• Connect cameras to power and network infrastructure.
• Perform planned maintenance and inspections.
• Fault-find and diagnose issues with equipment and wiring.
• Record work accurately and report further issues as needed.
• Work at height using appropriate access equipment.
