The Corner House is a substantial, food-led community pub located in the heart of Bulkington, just outside Nuneaton and Bedworth. This well-established site offers a fantastic opportunity for experienced operators to take on a high-potential venue with strong community appeal.

The pub attracts a broad customer base, including local families, working professionals, and community groups from Bulkington, Nuneaton, and Bedworth, all seeking a welcoming venue for dining, socialising, and leisure.

There is significant potential to grow sales by building a strong reputation for quality service, engaging with the local community, developing pool and darts teams, and delivering a consistent programme of events and activities.

We're looking for an experienced food-led operator with a background in working with branded menus, who excels at building high-performing teams and forging strong local connections to drive community engagement.

Currently the pub is delivering weekly sales of 10,000 and is split 50/50 so an Operator with strong food experience is needed here.

The pub features a spacious internal trading area, including separate bar and restaurant zones, a vibrant pizza kitchen, pool table, darts area, and an indoor children's play zone - catering to a broad and diverse customer base.

Externally, the site benefits from a large customer car park and a welcoming outdoor terrace, ideal for al fresco dining or casual drinks. The back-of-house includes a fully equipped, high-capacity commercial kitchen, ready to support a quality food-led offer.
