The Manchester office collaborates with London and Southampton to provide comprehensive real estate services across sectors. We leverage technology and innovative methods to offer efficient, cost-effective, and tailored services, working on complex, high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting real estate lawyers on various commercial property transactions;
  • Assisting with drafting documents such as replies to pre-contract inquiries, licenses, deeds, and transfers, with increasing independence over time;
  • Handling post-completion formalities like SDLT and Land Registry applications;
  • Organizing data sites for transactions and deeds management;
  • Supporting with searches, title queries, and using Orbital Witness;
  • Participating in client relationship initiatives and reporting.

Skills and experience required

  • Organized with a proactive attitude;
  • Strong client and team relationship skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Strong IT skills;
  • High-quality work with accuracy and attention to detail;
