As a Cordant Solutions Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning business through customer management and the development and execution of strategies for long-term growth within a specified geographical region in the UK.

This remote, customer-facing role requires you to:

  • Develop pipeline and secure orders for hardware, software, and services within your region.

  • Address customer requirements using technical product and application knowledge, involving regular customer interactions, discovery, technical analysis, and adaptation.

  • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Support customers from various industrial sectors.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including accurate forecasting using our CRM tool, SFDC Deal Machine.

  • Create strategic plans for growth within existing clients and new markets.

Fuel your passion

To succeed, you should:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.

  • Have successful B2B sales experience.

  • Possess knowledge of selling technical solutions.

  • Have experience or knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Petrochemical industries.

  • Adopt a customer-first mindset.

  • Be a self-starter with high motivation, able to work independently and within a team.

  • Be fluent in English and eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

  • Reside within England or Wales for direct regional access.

  • Possess a full UK driving license.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
