icebreaker is seeking an exceptional Copywriter to join our Global Marketing Team. The position can be based in Stabio, Switzerland, or London, UK.

Let’s Talk About the Role

The Copywriter will be the voice of icebreaker, shaping its tone and messaging across all creative and marketing communications.

You will collaborate closely with the global marketing team (brand and creative) to develop and execute global brand and product campaigns. Additionally, you will work with departments such as merchandising, design, and sales to ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.

  • Ensure a unified brand voice by maintaining consistent messaging across markets and channels.
  • Create compelling copy for global campaigns and product launches.
  • Develop storytelling platforms across multiple channels, including e-commerce, newsletters, retail, wholesale, and social media.
  • Work with legal and sustainability teams to ensure compliance and accurate claims.
  • Support the product team with product descriptions, innovation highlights, and naming.
  • Tailor content for regional audiences to resonate with diverse cultural markets.
  • Optimize copy for SEO to enhance website and paid advertising performance.
