Children’s Residential Support Worker

We are also recruiting a Deputy Manager due to expansion.

Location

UK Manual Driving Licence essential, plus a minimum of 2 years' experience supporting young people.

We seek experienced candidates to lead a team supporting children and young people in a residential home. Residential support roles involve long day shifts with sleep-ins overnight.

Our client offers high-quality residential care and education for children and young people with adverse childhood experiences, mental health conditions such as Autism, Social, Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties, and complex needs.

Role Overview

The Team Leader supports managers, ensures smooth shift operations, assigns tasks, and monitors completion. You will help children maintain and develop relationships, encourage community engagement, and support daily living activities. Safeguarding children, reporting harm, and maintaining hygiene standards are essential responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements
  • Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care
  • At least 2 years' experience in a residential setting
