About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team at a school with an Ofsted 'Good' rating. As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across KS3 to KS5, nurturing their mathematical abilities and encouraging a love for the subject. You will play a vital role in developing students’ problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, helping them excel academically and build a strong foundation for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to students from KS3 to KS5, fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students improve and reach their full potential.
  • Develop and implement a variety of teaching resources and strategies to cater to the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Contribute to the development of the Maths Department, sharing ideas for curriculum improvement and opportunities to extend students' mathematical learning.
  • Promote a love for Maths, encouraging students to appreciate its real-world applications and its importance in a wide range of fields.
