Job summary

Boston Tea Party is seeking a Cleaner to join our team on weekends, primarily Saturdays and Sundays. You don’t need cleaning experience and we’ll train you, with opportunities to grow into barista roles if you’re interested.

We value attitude and teamwork, and there is potential to take on more shifts or leadership as you develop within hospitality. A great team and supportive environment await.

Qualifications

• No cleaners experience required.
• Training provided on start.
• Weekend availability, mainly Saturday and Sunday.
• Hospitality interest helpful for growth.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy café areas to a high standard.
• Follow cleaning schedules and food safety hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with basic barista prep when needed.
• Support weekend shifts and team with customers and colleagues.

We’re looking for brilliant Cleaner to join our Boston Tea Party team.

We are looking for a cleaner who is available to work weekends mainly, there are shifts available for more than just weekends if you're looking for more but this position is currently Saturday and Sunday.

Who we're looking for

You don't need cleaners experience.

You don't need to know anything about coffee.

And you definitely don't need to arrive knowing all the answers.

We're much more interested in your attitude.

We'll give you all the training you need.

If you discover that hospitality is your thing, there's plenty of opportunity to grow at Boston.

You could develop your coffee skills and become a Barista or Head Barista. You might take your first step as a team member or even leadership as a Café Shift Leader and eventually work towards running a café of your own.

Or you might just want a brilliant job with a great team.
