Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The following is essential criteria:

  1. Degree in Social Work
  2. SWE Registration
  3. Right to work within the UK

Adult safeguarding senior social worker required reporting to the safeguarding practice lead. The successful candidates will support the delivery of adult safeguarding practice across the adult social care workforce.

In relation to the role, the main areas that they would be supported with are:

  1. PIPOT referrals
  2. Safeguarding advice and support to the teams
  3. Supporting the TMs/Service manager when required
  4. Attending strategy meetings
  5. Supporting with embedding good practice and knowledge of Safeguarding to front line staff/Teams

They are full-time roles, 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday, core hours 9.45-4.30pm.

You must have:

  1. A professional qualification in social work
  2. Social Work England registration
  3. Enhanced DBS/Update service
  4. References required for the last 5 years of employment
