Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The following is essential criteria:

  1. Degree in Social Work
  2. SWE Registration
  3. Right to work within the UK

Office/ hybrid social worker needed in an Adult Assessment and Care Management Team, will need experience and be fully qualified and registered with Social Care Wales. Duties to include: Assessment and reviewing care plans, Court work, Safeguarding enquiries and providing duty support to the team alongside other duties directed by management.

You must have:

  1. A professional qualification in social work
  2. Social Work England registration.
  3. Enhanced DBS/Update service.
  4. References required for the last 5 years of employment.
