Now, were looking for a copy-led marketer who knows how to blend strategy, storytelling, and conversion copy to guide women from curiosity to confidence, and turn one-time purchases into lifelong loyalty.

What Youll Own

This is not a just write the caption kind of role. You'll shape our voice across every key customer touchpoint:

  • Write, build and optimise flows
  • Send weekly campaigns & SMS with a sharp eye on performance
  • Test subject lines, creative and content to drive retention and revenue

Website & Product Pages

  • Refresh product descriptions in a clean, conversion-led tone
  • Align with visuals, UX and CRO best practice
  • Optimise copy for both emotion and action

Blog & Brand Content

  • Write search-aware, stylish blog posts (e.g. hair tutorials, care guides, founder-led stories)
  • Support SEO goals while keeping the tone elevated and distinctly gee

Social Copy

  • Provide short-form caption copy for organic or paid posts
  • Help bring our voice into everyday moments our customers care about

Who You Are

  • 2-5+ years in copy-led marketing (ideally for a DTC brand in beauty, fashion, or wellness)
  • Fluent in customer journeys, from ad to checkout to post-purchase
  • Confident in Klaviyo, segmentation, flows, and conversion metrics
  • Strong portfolio: emails, landing pages, blogs, and product descriptions
  • Excellent taste - visually aware and detail-obsessed
  • Not afraid of a fast-paced environment. Were founder-led, nimble, and direct.
  • You understand that great copy isn't clever - it's clear, confident, and focused on the customer.
