Job summary

Sword is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer to design, build and deliver intelligent conversational solutions that boost productivity and user experience. You will translate business needs into scalable Copilot and agent-based solutions and work closely with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing AI agents, implementing end-to-end workflows with Power Platform, and ensuring governance, security and cost optimisation are embedded in every release.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
Deep knowledge of governance, security and compliance in Power Platform.
Ability to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain AI-powered agents and copilots.
Create end-to-end workflows leveraging Power Automate and Dataverse.
Define and enforce platform standards, governance and security.
Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders.
