Job description

Your Role:

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout their programs, from logistics to cultural integration, academic affairs, and career and internship opportunities, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. As a Program Coordinator you will be housed within different departments depending on work requirements at various points of the year and will enjoy working across all aspects of the student experience, getting broad exposure to multiple aspects of study abroad program delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a point of contact for students, providing information and resources
  • Plan and execute program activities, including student excursions and local events
  • Assist with student activities, arrivals, and orientations to help students navigate their new environment
  • Support administrative duties like reception, mail handling, and student communications
  • Support housing placements, and assist with student accommodations
  • Administrate class schedules, and book co-curricular field studies
  • Source local internship opportunities for CEA CAPA students
  • Be part of the emergency phone rotation for student support
  • Collaborate with local staff and external partners to enhance program success
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with partnering University institutions and faculty
  • Support the Center Director with ad-hoc program and administrative tasks

What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS), CRM Systems, and other digital tools
  • Respect for confidentiality and strict adherence to student privacy laws
  • Comfort with meeting/exceeding goals and building relationships
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience studying, living, and/or working multiculturally
  • Experience with international education or higher education administration
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
