We are looking for a Project Planner (m/f/d) – Chassis Design to be part of our motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

Your role will be to support our project leaders and line management to keep an overview of all activities, while monitoring staff utilization/workload.
  • Specifically, you will support our Chassis Design area including Composite design (responsible for carbon fibre race car parts) and Mechanical Design (responsible for suspension, brakes, gearbox, and integration of race car parts).
  • You will be responsible for creating project plans, milestones, deadlines, and capacity planning in close cooperation with project leaders and line managers.
  • You will monitor project progress, oversee the critical path, follow up on deliverables, and ensure consistent communication.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate with purchasing and production divisions to track the availability of critical parts.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a technical educational background
  • Have experience in planning project activities in engineering and/or production processes related to composite and mechanical parts
  • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ideally, have experience with MS Project, SAP, and PLM Software
  • Find it easy to oversee multiple processes with shifting priorities and stakeholders
  • Have strong planning skills, a structured work approach, and good communication abilities
  • Be comfortable with the fast-paced environment of professional motorsports
  • Be available to work on-site in Cologne, Germany, and possess an EU work permit
  • Write and speak professional English; German skills are a plus but not required
