We are looking for a Project Planner (m/f/d) – Chassis Design to be part of our motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

- Support for project leaders and line management to keep an overview of all activities, monitor staff utilization/workload, and balance priorities among motorsports, customer orders, development projects, and third-party opportunities
- Support in the Chassis Design area, including Composite design (carbon fibre race car parts) and Mechanical Design (suspension, brakes, gearbox, and integration)
- Creating project plans, milestones, deadlines, and capacity planning in collaboration with project leaders and line managers
- Monitoring project progress, managing critical paths, follow-up on deliverables, and ensuring effective communication
- Coordination with purchasing and production divisions to track critical parts availability
The successful candidate will:
- Have a technical educational background
- Have experience in planning engineering and/or production projects related to composite and mechanical parts
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Ideally, have experience with MS Project, SAP, and PLM software
- Be able to oversee multiple processes with shifting priorities and stakeholders
- Possess strong planning skills, a structured work approach, and good communication skills
- Be comfortable working in the fast-paced environment of professional motorsports
- Be available to work on-site in Cologne, Germany, with an EU work permit
- Speak and write professional English; German skills are a plus but not required
