Qualifications

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Sign-On Bonus: $5000 for all clinical positions.

Job Description:

The Coordinator supervises a clinical services team of approximately 10 Master’s and/or Bachelor’s level providers. The Coordinator provides clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians, supports a team with development and goals which align with the MHCGM’s mission and guiding values. The Coordinator may participate in all or some of the following: Evidenced Based Practice training and consultation, development of groups, oversight of grants and community collaboration. The Coordinator will participate in departmental and agency-wide initiatives, as well as represent the Center as a leader for the Children’s department.

Patients and families served by this team range in age from 2 years of age up to 21 years of age with varying mental health needs. The team can provide office, telehealth, and community-based clinical services, as well as access to a wide range of services and collaboration within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Weekly clinical supervision for team members
  2. Leading team and consultation meetings with medication providers
  3. Mastery of EBPs relative to serving children, adolescents, and families therapeutic to best support your team in providing direct clinical services.
  4. Work collaboratively with other coordinators to meet agency and community goals
  5. May be requested to take part in consultations, education activities, speakers bureau, presentations, supervision of employees towards licensure, and Quality Improvement activities

Education:

LICSW/LCMHC - License required with 2 years post licensure

Skills and Competencies:

  • Commitment to teamwork
  • Time management and organizational skills are a must, Electronic Medical Record experience, and competency with computer skills.
  • Excellent communication ability with co-workers, staff, clients, and community partners.
