Job Description:
The Coordinator supervises a clinical services team of approximately 10 Master’s and/or Bachelor’s level providers. The Coordinator provides clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians, supports a team with development and goals which align with the MHCGM’s mission and guiding values. The Coordinator may participate in all or some of the following: Evidenced Based Practice training and consultation, development of groups, oversight of grants and community collaboration. The Coordinator will participate in departmental and agency-wide initiatives, as well as represent the Center as a leader for the Children’s department.
Patients and families served by this team range in age from 2 years of age up to 21 years of age with varying mental health needs. The team can provide office, telehealth, and community-based clinical services, as well as access to a wide range of services and collaboration within the communities we serve.
