LiveWest is seeking a Coordinator - Access Team to coordinate essential compliance access and health & safety repairs, ensuring statutory checks are completed and safety ensured. You will work with customers, colleagues, and external agencies to deliver outcomes within deadlines.
The role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days in the Exeter office, and a supportive team environment focused on delivering high-quality service across our customers and communities.

As a Coordinator - Access Team, you will work closely with customers, internal colleagues and external agencies to coordinate access for critical compliance servicing and health and safety related repairs. You'll play an important role in ensuring statutory safety checks are completed, supporting compliance obligations and helping us maintain safe homes for our customers.

Hybrid Working is available for this role working 2-3 days in the office dependent on business need. You will be based from our Exeter office.
