Job summary

LiveWest is seeking a Coordinator - Access Team to coordinate essential compliance access and health & safety repairs, ensuring statutory checks are completed and safety ensured. You will work with customers, colleagues, and external agencies to deliver outcomes within deadlines.

The role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days in the Exeter office, and a supportive team environment focused on delivering high-quality service across our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Pro-active attitude with initiative and measured decision making.
• Experience using information systems/databases and MS Excel.
• Good literacy and numeracy with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet compliance deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate access for compliance servicing and health & safety repairs.
• Assess cases and follow policies, procedures and escalation paths.
• Engage with customers to understand circumstances and support positive outcomes.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure safety checks are completed on time.
• Analyse data to identify risks and take proactive action.
• Build relationships with colleagues and external partners; handle access inquiries.
