Job description

Role: Coordinator

As a Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide administration, coordination, and data analysis on various projects
  • Deliver reports and support document control, including minute-taking and preparing team presentations
  • Prepare up-to-date compliance documents for our clients
  • Assist with financial management tasks such as invoicing and monthly reports
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and logistics of the team, including meeting delivery and diary management
  • Support general office and facilities management
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives, and events

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be highly organized and proactive in managing tasks
  • Possess strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have good numeracy skills and financial understanding
  • Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
  • Have a desire to learn and develop professionally
