Coordinator

Job Title: Coordinator (Construction/Engineering Sector)

We are working with a leading architectural and engineering firm that specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of specialist structures. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Coordinator to assist with the aftercare and remedials of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Take technical information from site teams and present back quotes to customers & clients.
• Assist in the coordination of project activities, including design, engineering, procurement, and installation.
• Liaise with subcontractors to complete scheduled works.
• Work alongside sales, maintenance, and installation teams.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills across all levels.
• Proficiency in IT and report compilation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
