Join Our Team as a Cooplands Bakery Team Leader!

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to inspire, motivate, and lead our welcoming Cooplands bakery! As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager and serve as the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will focus on leading and engaging the team, participating in food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
