Role: Cooplands Team Leader

Location: Market Weighton, YO43 3AQ

Hours: Part-Time - 20 Hours / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

What will my role look like?

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not around; they are essentially the Store Managers' right-hand person.

You will be second in command and play a key part in ensuring the team operates smoothly. Your focus will be on promoting sales and increasing profitability while ensuring our customers leave satisfied. You will lead and engage the team, participate in food preparation, maintain store cleanliness, and serve our loyal customers.
