We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery in the absence of the Manager; they are the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will be second in command and play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include leading and engaging the team, food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
