Join Our Team as a Cooplands Bakery Team Leader!

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate our welcoming Cooplands bakery team! As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager and serve as the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while ensuring our customers leave satisfied. Your responsibilities include leading and engaging the team, food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.

Working hours and application process

Our shift patterns run from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. We prefer candidates to be available within these hours, but we are flexible and will accommodate your availability.
