Role: Cooplands Store Manager

Location: Hull, HU5 5JW

Hours: Full-Time / Permanent

What will my role look like?

We are looking for a passionate Store Manager who can lead, inspire, and motivate your team to join our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Store Managers are the heart and soul of our stores, maintaining high spirits; you will focus on delivering excellent standards and great products while keeping an eye on your targets.

Your honesty, hard work, and leadership abilities will inspire your team to deliver great results and provide a consistently brilliant customer experience. You will promote sales, increase profitability, and monitor waste controls, labor controls, and customer service standards. You will lead by example, supporting your team with food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.
