ProCook Ltd. is seeking a confident Sales Advisor for our new Concession store in Stafford opening in November 2026. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and guide buying decisions to ensure each shopper leaves with the perfect product.

This role offers permanent contracts with 16h, 14h, and 12h shifts, weekend flexibility, and a Real Living Wage environment. You will benefit from structured training, bonuses based on targets, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate benefits to customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Retail experience is required.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends.
