Job summary

ProCook is hiring a confident, customer‑focused Sales Advisor in Hatfield. You will engage with customers, learn about our high‑quality products, and influence buying decisions through service and product knowledge.

This is a permanent 10‑hour‑per‑week role with two shifts weekly across Thursday to Saturday 10:00–18:00 and Sunday 11:00–17:00. You’ll be the friendly ProCook face, supporting product selection, answering questions, processing transactions, and earning sales‑target bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
