Job Title: Cooks - Ballycastle - Part Time

Are you a cook looking for part-time, long-term work?

Hours of Work:

• 24 hours per week on rota basis (including evenings and weekends)
• Know your rota in advance; enjoy a strong work-life balance

Rate of Pay:

£10.16 per hour

View to becoming permanent!

Duties:

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals
• Ensure maintenance and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Head of Hospitality and Facilities

Criteria:

• City & Guilds Level 1 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering or equivalent
• Proven ability to prepare and serve lunch and dinner, responding flexibly and supportively to the needs of groups, staff, and volunteers
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, allergen management, and hygiene standards
• Satisfactory pre-employment check via Access NI (conducted prior to appointment)
