Established in 2004 by a dedicated team of Special Educational Needs (SEN) teachers, we now operate eight independent schools across England. Our philosophy is centered on providing a nurturing, personalised, and needs-led educational experience, aiming to restore young people's self-confidence and motivation through flexible programmes combining academic, vocational, and outdoor learning opportunities.
On Track Advance delivers a Post-16 programme designed to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment where students can excel academically, grow personally, and prepare for their future. We promote skills such as critical thinking, creativity, resilience, and teamwork. Our supportive pastoral care ethos ensures every student feels valued and respected, equipped to face challenges confidently. Students study a bespoke programme tailored to their individual needs.
With a strong focus on social and emotional development, the school fosters trusting, respectful relationships between staff and pupils, forming the foundation for meaningful progress. Its motivational and progressive curriculum is underpinned by the therapeutic principles of THRIVE, supporting each young person's emotional wellbeing alongside academic achievement.
Due to expansion, we are seeking a Part-time Cookery and Childcare Tutor. A qualified teacher is preferred; however, consideration will be given to education professionals with other teaching qualifications and experience working with young people in an SEN environment.
