Job description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and serve nutritionally balanced and attractive meals, considering preferences and dietary needs.
• Follow food hygiene regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Record all required documentation during shifts.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, undertaking tasks within your capabilities to ensure excellent service to residents.

About you:

• Enjoy working with older people and demonstrate empathy.
• Passionate about cooking and able to prepare food to a good standard.
• A basic food hygiene certificate or relevant food-related qualification is advantageous but not essential if you have sufficient cooking skills and experience.

Hours:

Bank shifts covering sickness, absence, and holidays.
