If you are a kind, warm, and compassionate person and want to have a positive impact on people's lives, then working as a Cook will be the right role for you.

The successful applicant will:

  • Deliver food service of high quality within the home, including meal service to residents.
  • Prepare and cook all daily meals for residents and staff. Plan, prepare, and cater for modified diets and special events such as birthdays, ensuring high-quality presentation and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to all regulatory and company policies.
  • Clean and maintain equipment such as utensils and plates, reporting any maintenance needs to the Catering Manager.
  • Be organized, keep accurate records, and follow recipes diligently.

  • Proactive, forward-thinking, passionate about cooking nutritious, home-cooked meals.
  • Someone who keeps the kitchen clean and tidy.

* Shifts include every Saturday and Sunday.
