We are looking for a Cook to join Dinardo Supports at Queens Road, Peckham SE15 2QL , this role is working in a Supported Living unit.

What you can expect:

Salary £13.50 per hour

· Days required: 5 day alternate weekends

Main Duties:

• Cook using fresh ingredients made from scratch
• Prepare monthly menus and be responsible for stock ordering
• Complying with and developing risk assessments
• Maintain quality assurance systems within the kitchen
• Have a full understanding of Health & Safety as well as Food Hygiene issues, COSHH, and working within the guidelines relating to cross infection (or willing to train further)
• Be available at short notice to cover absence and sickness.

What you will need a minimum of:

• 1 years’ experience in a catering environment
• And a passion for providing healthy home-cooked food
