In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents to report any issues, ensuring their wellbeing and safety. You will investigate and escalate concerns as necessary. Budget management and basic computer skills will be advantageous, but full support and training will be provided by our friendly and supportive staff.
Please Note:This role requires eligibility to work in the UK, two satisfactory employment references, and a Standard DBS check , the cost of which will be covered by Abbeyfield Living Society.
