• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items
• Set-up of kitchen equipment
• Station setup, breakdown, and necessary prep
• Read tickets and produce orders accordingly
• Prep and cook food according to recipes
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Follow sanitation standards
• Keep the line and prep area organized, stocked, and clean
• Follow directions from management and food & beverage leadership
• Assist in controlling food waste
