Our Panda Cook associates are important leaders of our team and the heart of our kitchen. You are responsible for creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Cook, you will:

1. Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
2. Prepare all dishes to meet company recipes and standards.
3. Guide the Kitchen Team and assist with their training.
4. Perform all Back of House responsibilities.

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

• Some high school education
• Preferred some operations experience

Food Safety:

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense

ADA Statement:

While performing duties, employees may encounter hot environments with steam and food vapors. The workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to stand for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters at 36 inches height. Kitchens are hot and noisy, with limited storage space. Employees must work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts effectively.

Pay Range:

$24 per hour to $33.6 per hour. Individual pay within this range is determined by factors such as location and experience.
