Our Panda Cook associates are important leaders of our team and the heart of our kitchen. You are responsible for creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Cook for our team, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the recipe for success. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
  2. Preparing all dishes according to company recipes and standards.
  3. Guiding and assisting in the training of the Kitchen Team.
  4. Performing all Back of House responsibilities.

Qualifications: Education and Experience
  • Some high school education
  • Preference for some operational experience
Food Safety Requirements:
  • Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at the applicant's own expense
ADA Statement:

Employees must be able to work in hot environments with steam and food vapors, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a noisy, high-temperature kitchen with limited storage. Effective communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Pay Range:

$27 per hour - $37.80 per hour. Actual pay within this range depends on factors such as location and experience.
