Chef - £12.50 per hour

Working Hours: 27 hours a week, 07:30 - 17:00, 3 shifts a week, alternating weekends

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, cooking, and serving meals promptly for residents and others.
  • Catering to diverse dietary and cultural needs.
  • Organizing catering for celebrations and events.
  • Ordering supplies within budget and policy guidelines, using approved suppliers when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate catering records in line with HACCP standards.
  • Participating in inspections by Environmental Health, care regulators, and local authorities.
  • Ensuring high hygiene standards in the kitchen, following HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
  • Supporting a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Managing the Catering Team effectively.
