Qualifications

Job description

Equans is looking for a Cook/Kitchen Assistant to join our team in St David's Hospital, CF11 9XB on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 30 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £22,339.20 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

5 X 7.5 hour shift pattern with alternation weekends.

7AM-3PM OR 10.30AM-6.30PM on rota basis

What will you deliver?

You will provide food production to support the Catering Service to ensure excellent customer service. You will produce and deliver food which is safe, hygienic, nutritious and of the highest possible quality for Staff and Visitors.

Who are we looking for?
  • The post holder must be willing to undertake mandatory and refresher training as appropriate to the job including Food Safety Level 2 , Food Hygiene, manual handling, Health and safety, COSHH and Fire Safety
  • Strong Leadership Skills with a proven track record and experience in similar role for at a period of time
  • Inspire & motivate the team to achieve food to specification and therefore achieve sales and profit
  • Leads by example setting the company pace and standard
