Job summary

Moto Hospitality is recruiting a Cook at Southwaite Services, M6, Broadfield Road, Carlisle. The role covers full-time or part-time shifts between 8am and 11pm, with pay at £13.33 per hour.

You will prepare, cook and serve a range of KFC products while maintaining clean preparation and storage areas in line with brand and food safety guidelines. We offer a discretionary bonus, staff discounts, enhanced benefits and funded qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve a range of KFC products with speed and accuracy.
• Keep food preparation and holding areas clean and tidy.
• Maintain fryers, fridges, freezers and work spaces; report issues promptly to reduce downtime.
• Adhere to all brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines within the unit at all times.
• Work with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Assist in preparing the kitchen for the following day’s trade.

What You'll Be Doing As a Cook

• Preparing, cooking and serving a range of KFC products with speed and accuracy to perfection
• Ensuring our food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy
• Taking responsibility for maintaining fryers, fridges, freezers and work spaces, reporting any issues in a timely manner to reduce potential downtime
• Adhering to all brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines within the unit at all times
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following days trade
