Job summary

Moto Hospitality is recruiting a Cook for Lancaster Services near M6 J32/33. The role pays £13.33 per hour, with full-time shifts between 7am and 1am, at Lancaster LA2 9DU.

You will prepare, cook and serve a range of KFC products, keep the kitchen clean, maintain fryers and fridges, and follow all brand and food-safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and serving a range of KFC products with speed and accuracy.
• Ensuring food preparation and holding areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Taking responsibility for maintaining fryers, fridges, freezers and work spaces, reporting any issues in a timely manner to reduce potential downtime.
• Adhering to all brand, H&S and Food Safety guidelines within the unit at all times.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following days trade.
