Job summary

Witherslack Group in Lancashire is seeking a Cook for term-time only roles at Cedar House School. You will prepare and serve nutritious meals to pupils, staff and visitors, ensuring efficiency and high standards.

You will supervise a kitchen team, plan menus, manage ordering and stay compliant with food hygiene regulations and nutritional standards. Experience running a kitchen is essential, and you’ll enjoy school holidays and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Food Safety in Catering qualification.
• Be organized and able to plan menus.
• Experience budgeting for each meal and ordering in bulk.

Experience of running a kitchen and ordering is essential . The shifts start at 6:30-7:00 to allow this time for ordering.
