A Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you are responsible for:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within company guidelines
• Keeping all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross contamination
• Preparing all mis-en-place for relevant menus
• Assisting other departments as necessary and maintaining good working relationships
• Reporting maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, health, safety, and food safety legislation
• Striving to achieve departmental targets as part of the team
• Being environmentally aware
