An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a skilled 2nd Chef/Cook to join their kitchen team. This role involves preparing high-quality, nutritious meals while covering for the Cook Manager when needed. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage food stocks, and ensure hygiene standards are upheld. Your experience as a competent 2nd Chef/Cook within the kitchen team, used to covering for the role of the Cook Manager in the absence of the main Cook, will allow you to really step up to support the running of the catering operation within the Home.
This will include preparing high quality home cooked, fresh, nutritional meals and catering for any day to day dietary and cultural needs.
