£9,109.87 - £9,152.06

You will be required to work 16.25 hours per week, 38 Weeks per year.

Monday - Friday

Facilities Services (Catering) are looking for a Cook 1 (General Catering Assistant) that can lead the servery kitchen at Kirkcudbright Primary School whilst carrying out the general catering tasks associated with the delivery of school meals.

You must be an energetic and enthusiastic person that will carry out the following tasks:

Light food preparation

Serve meals

Setting up and decanting of dining room

Setting up service area

Cash handling as and when required

Dishwashing and General kitchen duties

Clearing down and cleaning kitchens and staff rest areas

Carry out electronic paperwork

Experience is not necessary as full training will be given if required.

You will also be given Basic Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness training.
