The Role
  1. Leading the team in the smooth running of the kitchen operation
  2. Following our main menu meal plans whilst offering residents a selection of alternatives
  3. Ability to bake a variety of cakes & pastries for social events & our café, catering for a range dietary requirements
  4. Managing stock control and adhering to food cost guidelines
  5. Ensure compliance with both Food Safety and Health and Safety in the kitchen
  6. Training, supervising, and developing a team to help them make the most of their potential
