A local educational trust in Kingston upon Hull is seeking a friendly and experienced Cook to join their in-house Catering Team. The role will be based at The Boulevard Academy, offering a salary of £20,789 - £21,455 for 35 hours a week during term time. The successful candidate will manage kitchen operations, maintain hygiene standards, and be adaptable to changing situations. Commitment to safeguarding children is essential.

Monday - Friday 7:15am - 2:45pm (30 mins unpaid break)

We are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced cook to join our in-house Catering Team. The role will be based at The Boulevard Academy, but the post holder may be required to work across the Trust.
You will be a competent, confident, and capable cook who can be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, work calmly under pressure, and ensure the operational requirements of running and maintaining a kitchen are met, including food ordering and control of goods and commodities. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
