Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour + an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.80 per hour.

We have Part Time (20hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 8 am to 9 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You thrive under pressure, love a challenge, and can rally a kitchen behind you.
  • A hands-on chef who stays cool, positive, and leads by example.
  • Applicants need to be 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE COOK ROLE:

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen.
  • Assist with administration tasks like food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets, and cleanliness records, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support the Manager in recruiting, induction, and retention of the Kitchen Team.
  • Maintain high culinary standards and deliver excellence in every dish.
  • At least one year's experience in a high-volume kitchen is desirable.
